Supervisor UX UI Design (Multiple Positions) – Starkey Laboratories, Inc. (Eden Prairie, MN). Responsible for leading, growing, and building a team that’s responsible for the design and development of company’s apps. Duties include: Lead digital/website design and support for company’s websites; design and support company’s mobile applications; and facilitate UX best practices across all company websites and apps. Reqs. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or closely related technical field plus 5 years’ professional experience in the UI/UX design space. Stated experience must include: interface and interactive design; research and new digital product development utilizing agile UI/UX methods and designing in sprints; strategic direction and technical acumen front-end development; creating experience maps, user personas and journeys, flows, and wireframes; design-to-code transfer; and working with vendors and consulting firms. In lieu of bachelor’s degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of professional experience in the UI/UX design space. 5 days/week in-office. $141,898/year.
