In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Distribution Center Operations Supervises assigned functions related to the physical shipping and receiving of inventory to ensure that all records are accurately maintained, inventory properly controlled, and orders filled in an efficient and timely manner. Participates in development of shipping and receiving, quality, and rework processes to ensure maximum efficiencies are gained and performance standards are met. Supervises the coordination of inbound and outbound carrier schedules and appointments to meet targeted time frames. Communicates and ensures adherence to customer compliance requirements for all outbound shipments. Communicates and ensures adherence to the accurate picking and putting away to meet bin accuracy goal. Recommends improvements for space utilization within designated area(s) of the warehouse.
