- Supervising functions related to physical shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate records, inventory control, and timely order fulfillment
- Participating in developing shipping, receiving, quality, and rework processes for efficiency
- Coordinating inbound and outbound carrier schedules and appointments
- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements for outbound shipments
- Maintaining accuracy in picking and put-away processes
- Recommending space utilization improvements within the warehouse
- Preparing and communicating performance reports
- Supporting safety, security, and maintenance programs
- Maximizing warehouse resource utilization to meet operational goals
- Training new hires and ensuring team alignment with goals
- Recommending improvements to warehouse policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 14001 standards
- Participating in third-party audits and management reviews
- Engaging in 5S program activities
- Hiring, motivating, evaluating, and developing team members
- Providing coaching and mentorship
- Advising management on personnel issues
- Building relationships with peers, senior managers, vendors, and external organizations
- Operating within budget, participating in financial planning
- Developing departmental standards and procedures
- Contributing to tactical and annual operational planning

Additional Responsibilities
Supervising warehousing activities, overseeing facility maintenance, and collaborating with key customers such as Branded and FAR Operations, SD Sales and Marketing, and resellers.
The starting annual salary ranges from USD $82,000 to $103,000, depending on experience, skills, and other factors. This range may be adjusted in the future.
