      Position Summary

      The Supervisor, Warehouse Operations, is responsible for directing, developing, and implementing systems for the effective flow of materials to meet the company’s development, production, and administrative support functions; ensuring compliance with KBI.

      Position Responsibilities

      • Work with the warehouse team and others in the preparation and movement of materials in warehouse and manufacturing. When problems arise, serve as the main contact with clients (Patriot Park, Venture Center, and other functions) together with area head
      • Manages receipt and put away of material into the warehouse in an accurate and timely manner
      • Ensures proper training of all employees regarding Supply Chain SOPs, safety, quality, and other company procedures
      • Ensure storage areas in the warehouse are kept clean, this includes identifying areas where processes could be improved, and work practices amended
      • Other duties as assigned

      Position Requirements

      • 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech GMP materials management required
      • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is ideal

      Salary: $70,000-$85,000

      Salary range provided per current averages and expectations. The salary and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
