      About this role:

      The roles involves:

      -Working as a Supervisory Analyst to review and approve Equity Research publications in an industry leading Sell Side Equity Research team

      -Significant opportunities to learn, develop and work as an integral member of the front office teams in business.


      In this role, you will:

      • Work as a licensed Supervisory Analyst closely collaborating with a team of US based Equity Research Supervisory Analysts
      • Review and approve Equity Research Reports, including Flash Notes, Company Notes, Initiations, Decks, Financial Models and Coverage Launches for compliance with FINRA rules and department policies, as well as for clarity and effective communication.
      • Thoroughly understand financial models and how to review them in conjunction with published research.
      • Communicate effectively and understand when to consult with teammates and/or escalate issues.
      • Have proficiency to multi-task, with the ability to review multiple reports simultaneously while closely communicating with US Analysts and team members.

      Hybrid working model:

      • No of days working from office in a week: 3 out of 5 currently.
      • Shift followed: 2:30 AM IST to 11:30 AM IST.
      • Work location: Bangalore


      Required Qualifications:

      • Outstanding academic qualifications – MBA / Master's in Finance from a premier educational institution / CFA / CA
      • Active FINRA Series 16 license
      • Minimum of 8+ years working as a Supervisory Analyst reviewing and approving equity research publications


      Job Expectations:

      • Strong knowledge of FINRA rules and regulations for Equity Research publications
      • Attention to detail and excellent judgment on balancing regulatory requirements against deadlines and the need for time to market
      • Possess excellent command of the English language, including rewriting and editing for grammar and style
      • Solid understanding of financial models and valuation methodologies
      • Effectively collaborate and communicate with US Senior Analysts and team members
      • Experience working with BlueMatrix publishing tool preferred
      • Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office Applications – Power Point and Excel
      • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong organizational skills with proactive attitude to take initiative and ownership
      • Team player with eagerness to build positive relationships with Analysts and willingness to handle different products and assignment
