- You will supervise/oversee all aspects of the planning, managing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating training, education, and outreach for integrated prevention programs at the installation, command, and/or unit level.
- You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of assignment difficulty and requirements, and the employee’s capabilities, and privileging status.
- You will organize, set and monitor workflow of the Integrated Prevention Program.
- You will serve as an advisor and technical prevention expert to commands on the installation for Integrated Prevention Programs.
- You will direct the development of methods and techniques required for prevention program execution, leveraging academia, research and industry, as needed.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

- Duties involve local travel to commands and installations; travel up to approximately 10% may be required outside of the local area.
- You must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a current state driver's license.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
- Applying knowledge of the social sciences as related to integrated prevention programs in order to evaluate, consult, advise in a variety of settings.
- Conducting effective prevention program activities to prevent destructive/problematic behaviors and promote healthy climate.
- Leading collaborative efforts with diverse internal and external stakeholders and foster buy-in for crosscutting efforts to include senior leader support and advocacy.
- Identifying needs, trends, and performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
