What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide immediate support to consumers through virtual messaging to ensure complete resolution of questions or concerns
- Act as a vital connector and communicator between consumers and all healthcare services
- Train and mentor team members to improve their performance and engagement with consumers
- Manage processes to connect consumers with necessary services within the organization
- Maintain current knowledge and skills related to the Care Advocate role while upholding professional and ethical standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong service skills and ability to convey sensitive communication effectively
- Ability to handle stressful situations and be flexible and adaptable to change
- Results-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate virtual messaging platforms
- High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of healthcare or customer service experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Spanish speaking proficiency
- Customer service experience within a digital environment
- Typing speed of 45 wpm
- Graduation from an accredited bachelor's degree program
