      P2P Supplier Enablement Specialist (Coupa)

      Location: Warsaw

      Hybrid model: 3 days from office per week

      About the Team

      We have started to deploy Coupa P2P system early in 2021. This implementation continued in 2022 reaching our AZ sites in UK, US, Sweden, Canada, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Mexico and Japan. Having a high level of electronic integration with suppliers (cXML, CSP - Coupa Supplier Portal, SAN - Supplier Actionable Notification) along with maximum possible electronic content (catalogues), will make the buying experience for the AZ users much simpler and more effective allowing our Operations teams to reduce the manual intervention in the P2P process.

      Key responsibilities:

      • Invite new suppliers to electronic means of transacting in Coupa (including data gathering/verification, supplier trainings)
      • Identify suppliers suitable for integration to electronic ordering/invoicing channels and coordinate the integration activities
      • Act as a point of contact for suppliers with CSP/cXML related issues, troubleshoot
      • Assess suppliers’ capabilities for punchout/cXML setup
      • Perform testing of punchout and cXML suppliers and move tested cXML integrations to Coupa production instance
      • Deliver trainings, webinars, and dedicated supplier events periodically
      • Own and maintain Supplier relevant Coupa documentation and training
      • Deliver upon Supplier Enablement KPIs driving automation in P2P
      • Identify Supplier Enablement process gaps and actively work on improvements
      • Assess impacts of Coupa Releases for suppliers and communicate changes if required
      • Create new, amend existing, maintain, and regularly review Coupa P2P electronic content like hosted catalogues, forms, buying policies, tags, contracts and category cards
      • Ensure accurate linking of valid contracts with forms and catalogues in Coupa

      Essential for the role

        • Minimum 2 years of experience within Supplier Enablement or P2P on Coupa or Ariba
        • Strong knowledge of Procurement and P2P (purchase-to-pay) process
        • Strong customer orientation skills, analytical mind, assertive, proactive when investigating issues, ability to see a bigger picture
        • Effective communication skills, confidence in presenting to larger audience
        • Previous experience as a P2P trainer would be a plus
        • Excellent English, additional language at a very good level would be an asset. Polish is not a must.
        • Basic cXML knowledge would be a plus
        • Ability to get along and cooperate with co-workers and suppliers
        • Previous experience in SSC or internationally setup organisation
        • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI skills would be an asset
