      TTI, Inc. is looking for a Supplier Quality Coordinator at our Operations location in Northwest Fort Worth, TX.

      The Supplier Quality Coordinator is accountable for coordinating the return of non-conforming material, the request of Failure Analysis or Corrective Action and obtaining credit from the manufacturer for non-conforming material. This role has the Material Review Board (MRB) authority to disposition non-conforming product in conjunction with the technical expertise and approval of the relevant supplier. This position communicates across several departments internally as well as externally to our supplier partners.

      ACCOUNTABILITIES

      • Receive and vet notification of non-conformances from the field.
      • Coordinate with Sales to validate the reported non-conformance including coaching the sales team on the appropriate data points to capture by failure mode.
      • Organize reported information into clear, descriptive, valuable problem statements for use by the manufacturer and the Corrective Action team.
      • Develop professional relationships internally across RMA, Finance, Sales & Quality Department and externally with manufacturer representatives to facilitate friendly and efficient communications and resolutions.
      • Gather, communicate and request return authorizations from manufacturers including all the relevant information required for authorizations.
      • Use return authorizations to request credit and disposition non-conforming material.
      • Disposition of suspect non-conforming product returned by the customer or quarantined as the result of a suspect non-conformance. Determine disposition in accordance with the consultation of the manufacturer. In rare cases, the disposition to scrap will be made unilaterally.
      • Work with RMA personnel to resolve issues with customer returns for defective materials and facilitate rapid and effective returns to suppliers. Address customer discrepancies with supplier requiring a high level of professionalism and coordination across the supply chain.
      • Coordinate and communicate return authorizations from the manufacturers, debit memos, and internal quality documentation in order to clear parts from controlled nonconforming area (RMA).
      • Assist with executing process improvements to reduce the turn-around time of RMA’s.
      • Maintain and track reported non-conformance, expected customer returns, pending manufacturer return authorizations and open pending dispositions.
      • Document department work instructions and/or processes.
      • Additional duties as assigned.

      EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

      • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. Experience in Quality or Procurement process is preferred.

      SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel preferred.
      • Ability to type 40 words per minute.
      • Good verbal and written English language skills.
      • Detail oriented with strong quality and productivity orientation.
      • Dependable, flexible and focused work approach.
      • Demonstrated positive attitude, teamwork and collaboration.
      • Basic math skills.
      • Ability to read, comprehend and interpret written work instructions, engineering drawings and customer specifications.
      • Interact effectively with individuals at various levels and departments within and outside of the organization.
      • Arrive on-time to work scheduled hours and complete assigned tasks.
