  We're currently looking for an excited and talented Supplier Quality Engineer to help us push our organization forward by helping us in the following areas:

  • Supplier quality: ensures and implements the development of suppliers according to the standards IATF 16949, QS 9000 a VDA 6.1.; conducts negotiations with suppliers on quality issues; cooperates with the Purchasing dpt. in selecting and excluding of the supplier;

  • Supplier Complaints: hands complaints in terms of quality of uncollected or in the manufacturing process discarded parts, materials and subassemblies; keeps documentation of complaints; designs and ensures the implementation of corrective and improving actions at suppliers. Responsible for verifying their effectiveness; cooperates in resolving customer complaints caused by a defect in supplied parts;

  • Audit at the supplier: performs visits / audits at suppliers; evaluates these audits and provides at audited suppliers corrective actions to eliminate detected deviations;

  • Quality of the supplied parts and materials: continuously monitors and controls the quality of input parts and materials. Actively cooperates with specialized departments to prevent quality problems in production as far as possible; monitors, evaluates and records the level of quality of purchased parts and materials by suppliers; processes illustrative charts and graphs on the quality of purchased parts;

  • Purchase documentation: cooperates on creation and responsibilities for updating of the Control Plans (PPAP) for input parts and materials.

  • Experience in Quality: Minimum of 2 years experience in quality or manufacturing

  • University degree in mechanical or electronic field

  • Experience in dealing with business partners

  • Good English

  • Knowledge of IATF 16949

  • Knowledge of Quality Tools

  • System / Process audit experience

  • Preferred WCM QC Pillar Leader experience / Six Sigma Certificate

  • Logical thinking

  • Problem solving skills

  • Good time management

  • Interpersonal and communication skills

  • Travel availability
