      The quality documentation engineer will be responsible for reviewing of supplier certificates and reports with a strong emphasis on compliance to Nuclear codes and standards.

      This position you will own the documentation by entering them into the applicable EMR software systems.

      You will support the EU Quality organization and the plants in Germany and France and work closely with the Supplier Quality Engineers for analysis of supplier documentation failure rates to drive supplier improvement programs.


      IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

      • Certificate review and approval according to the purchase order and associated codes & standards
      • RELEASE OF CHECKED MATERIAL CERTIFICATES IN THE DIFFERENT SYSTEMS
      • Certificate management, archiving, and digitization, as well processing and evaluation of deviations, as well as preparation of failure analyses
      • Handling of CFSI (Counterfeit, Fraudulent and Suspect Item) confirmation for special Nuclear Orders
      • MANAGEMENT OF FAULTY DOCUMENTATION AND MATERIAL NON-COMPLIANCES
        Handling of Non-Conformance Reports with Supplier Quality Engineer and participation in corrective and preventive actions, besides standardization and support in digitalization

      Who You Are:

      You set objectives to align with broader organizational goals and provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization. You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance and persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.


      FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

      • Engineering qualification
      • Strong user skills in MS-Office
      • Excellent written and spoken English (min. language level B2)


      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

      • Additional foreign language (German or French)
      • ERP ((Oracle) knowledge is an advantage
      • Detailed Knowledge in non-destructive as well as destructive material testing
      • Knowledge in analyzing heat treatment reports
      • Codes & Standards desirable, like ASME III, RCC-M, AD2000, PED, PESR is desirable.
      • Knowledge on foundry and forging processes.
      • Typically, 5 to 8+ years of relevant professional experience in quality or engineering
