      Job Purpose and Impact

      As a Supplier Quality Management Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and quality of our products by managing risks tied to suppliers and external manufacturers sourcing feed and packaging to our Cargill Animal Nutrition and Health factories. You’ll collaborate across teams to evaluate vendors, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards—directly contributing to the integrity of our supply chain and the trust of our customers.


      The place of work is our any ANH locations in Poland (Kiszkowo, Dobrzelin, Kalisz etc.).


      Hybrid system: 1 or 2 days working at a production location.

      Key Accountabilities

      • Follow up of Supplier Quality Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
      • Supplier maintenance activities, keeping supplier database updated on required documentation and information from our suppliers and materials.
      • Audit suppliers, external manufacturers, and external warehouses or follow up on audit findings are completed within the required timeframe and meet requirements
      • Coordinate supplier and external manufacturer and material evaluation process to ensure the use of approved vendors who have met the company's requirements and have completed the required product safety improvements.
      • Support new location and material setup along with completed supplier and material qualifications in the defined supplier database.
      • Support on maintenance of our Food Safety Management System GMP+ certification and daily follow up daily contact with our Global Material Supply team.
      • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
      • Other duties as assigned by Manager

      Qualifications

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      • Experience in product safety, quality and auditing systems
      • Minimum of two years of related work experience
      • Polish and English (work in both languages)

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Knowledge of product safety management systems with the ability to objectively evaluate product safety systems and report findings in an organized manner
      • Knowledge of European Feed and Packaging Regulation
      • Knowledge establishing material and vendor risk and ensuring appropriate mitigation is defined
      • Knowledge in 3rd party certifications in feed sector such as GMP+, QS, etc Company qualified auditor with experience conducting product safety audits
      • Knowledge in Microsoft Power(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi) is a plus
      • Experience conducting product safety audits
      • Expertise in feed and petfood sector
