      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a comprehensive supplier risk assessment framework to manage and mitigate risks
      - Lead thorough risk assessments during the onboarding of new suppliers and ongoing monitoring of existing ones
      - Collaborate with the Procurement team to evaluate risk within contractual documents and relationships with suppliers
      - Develop key performance indicators and reporting mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of the supplier risk management program
      - Update and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, internal audit, risk management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
      - Seven years of experience in supplier/third-party risk management or related experience
      - Excellent knowledge of risk management processes and techniques
      - Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, organizational, and project management skills
      - Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior project management experience
      - Prior property and casualty insurance experience
      - Relevant industry certifications or designations
      - Strong knowledge of insurance practices and disciplines
      - Ability to lead training for business units
