- Receives, stores and issues mechanical parts/PPE/supplies according to operational needs
- Assists with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of supplies
- Ability to interact and maintain positive rapport with a diverse workforce
- Performs data entry, clerical tasks and administrative paperwork to ensure department maintains a high level of accountability for inventory
- Inspects, checks and verifies incoming supplies are in good condition and meet quality specifications
- Communicates effectively and collaborates with department leadership to ensure the position provides a high level of customer service
- Adheres to all Company food and workplace safety policies to safeguard the workplace and welling being of all employees
- Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED. Some college or vocational courses preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, advance Excel skills or similar application and MRP system experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English required, bi-lingual a plus.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting Supply Associate opportunity in our processing facility. The Supply Associate will be responsible for issuing, storing and maintaining an inventory of personal protective equipment (PPE) and supplies for a pork harvest facility serving over 2500 employees.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely works near moving mechanical parts and is exposed to wet, cold and/or humid conditions. Consistently working in environment ranging from +35 to -20 degrees. The noise level in the work environment is usually at a level wear OSHA required hearing protection is required.
