- Req#: 36429
- Insure PO lifecycle management: Process orders in a timely manner and in compliance with best practices. Recognize reconcile any potential order conflicts such as delivery/shipping delays, pricing errors, and out of stock situations to ensure orders will deliver on time and in full. Utilize reporting to identify and reconcile order expectations which could cause delays in deliveries/production. Ensure quality issues follow-up.
- Communication: Provide timely information regarding order processing, procedures, and system updates; resolve and/or escalate critical order issues to achieve manufacturing goals and priorities. Direct contact with suppliers.
- Data: Open and update the data to ensure the business continuity according to the rules in place.
- Projects: Works on projects of limited scope and complexity.
- Replacement within the team and support of the group.
- French or German as mother tongue, with good knowledge of the other language, fluent in English
- Good oral and written communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills with organizational skills
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
- SAP/R3 user knowledge
