What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and support customer inquiries while resolving technical issues
- Regularly review system alerts and collaborate with onsite support teams
- Coordinate customer support and maintenance needs, including troubleshooting and equipment repair
- Work with commercial teams to implement and optimize stocking locations
- Use data and analytics to identify improvement initiatives driving channel growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum B.S. degree in a scientific or business subject area
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or customer service
- Strong metrics-driven approach with a focus on results and continuous improvement
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build partnerships across a matrixed organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with technical analysis and inventory management systems
- Familiarity with cross-cultural and cross-functional team alignment
- High level of integrity and commitment to transparency
- Ability to travel to customer locations at least 25-30%
