- Bachelor’s degree a must, a technical field preferred
- 2-5 years related experience in technical order management of key accounts in commodity market supply chains (this is not a customer service position)
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables, a must
- Ability to focus on large data sets and distill key facts over many hours of work
- ERP Skills in SAP are valued
- Data mining and/or SQL skills preferred
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, brand products, or the food/beverage industry preferred
As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal inventory levels for our wholesalers. Your primary focus will be on effectively managing supply and mitigating penalties. You will take ownership of claims related to Failure to Supply (FTS), guiding them through their entire lifecycle for our Taro/Sun GRx divisions. Your keen eye for detail and analytical prowess will come into play as you analyze contractual obligations and supply chain data to determine company liability. By maintaining meticulous records and generating insightful reports, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing our service to customers. Collaborating closely with various Supply Chain teams, you will proactively reduce future penalty exposure. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support projects that optimize forecast accuracy and safety stock levels. With your excellent communication and presentation skills, you will effectively convey your ideas to senior management, making a tangible impact on the strategic decision-making process.
