      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze supply chain and financial data to support performance and cost reduction goals
      - Design and monitor operational analysis, dashboards, and benchmarks for the supply chain
      - Collaborate with accounting, category management, and operational leaders to ensure timely reporting
      - Create training materials and documentation to support metrics, policies, and procedures
      - Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams through projects and issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of work-related experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of analytics experience
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
      - Proficiency in creating presentations, reports, and dashboards
      - Excellent communication skills for training and collaboration

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare supply chain management or related field
      - Familiarity with SaaS solutions and online applications
      - Skills in data visualization tools
      - Previous experience working in a cross-functional team environment
      - Knowledge of performance metrics and benchmarking best practices
