What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support supply chain operations and decision-making
- Analyze supply and demand requirements to identify underperforming areas and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost reduction and product utilization optimization strategies
- Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Act as a liaison between the business and vendors, providing support for vendor selection, qualification, and purchasing activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, data analysis, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Proficiency in Power BI, including creating dashboards, data modeling, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL or other data query languages is a plus
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, purchasing methodologies, and optimization strategies
