      The ALLO Supply Chain Analyst will assist in analyzing day-to-day information around procurement, purchasing, storage, distribution, and fleet activities in addition to serving as an escalation point for the purchasing, inventory, and finance teams around the supply chain information and insight. This position will support the execution of strategic initiatives to improve key performance indicators, reduce waste, mitigate risk, and provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This role will provide analysis and insight to ensure we get the right items, in the right place, at the right time.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Assist in sourcing of all inventory items from a strategic perspective and assure optimal pricing, quantities and terms.

      • Identify and mitigate risk in ALLO’s supply chain.

      • Refine, monitor, improve and report ALLO’s key drivers of supply chain excellence and inventory integrity.

      • Form, improve, and leverage strategic partnerships with business stakeholders, distributors, suppliers, manufacturers, etc.

      • Serve as escalation point for supplier-related issues.

      • Supervise inter-market distribution of inventory and supplies for optimal efficiency.

      • Assist in digesting data from regular inventory audits to assure accuracy, consistency and best practices.

      • Develop, document, and continually improve the supply chain processes to meet objectives.

      • Other duties as assigned.

      EDUCATION:

      • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or transportation management preferred.

      EXPERIENCE:

      • 2-4 years’ experience in logistics and/or supply chain analysis required.

      • APICS certification (CSCP, CLTD or CPIM) strongly preferred.

      • PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification also considered.
