Assess the availability of parts and materials required for future projects according to production schedules.
Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Communicate requirements across various supply chain functions.
Lead team meetings focused on schedules, project status, priorities, and cadence adjustments.
Use ERP systems (Oracle) and Power BI dashboards to monitor supply chain data.
Analyze supply chain performance indicators (KPIs).
Produce data analyses using Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts, etc.).
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles
Experience in data analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new applications
Bilingual (English and French)
Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
Relevant experience in supply chain or production planning
