  Supply Chain Analyst
  
  Schedule: Hybrid- 4 days in office, 1 WFH
  
  Top 3 Must Have Skills:
  1) Highly organized and follows instructions closely
  2) Very detail oriented
  3) Must follow up on multiple tasks
  4) Intermediate to Advance Excel skills.
  
  Extension every 6 months is possible as long as candidate is performing up to expectations.
  
  Please submit candidates w/ the following must-haves:
  - Forecasting & demand planning, root-cause analysis experience in Supply Chain - HM is flexible w/ years of experience (3+ years)
  - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V-lookup, formulas, etc.; Macros is a big plus)
  -Very detail oriented, strong follow up and organizing abilities.
  - Superb communication & collaborative skills, hard-working, flexible to work OT as needed (may be on weekends)
  
  Nice to haves:
  -Excel Macro(VBA) experience
  
  Education Requirement: Bachelor’s or greater
  
  Please note that this position is not a purely temporary contract. HM’s intention is to bring on a candidate who is able to stay long term. He will extend the worker beyond initial assignment duration if candidate performs as expected.
  
  This position will focus on all operational activities that occur with a National Retail Account.
  
  Responsibilities include:
  • Demand Forecasting, Customer Process identification and improvement, Root Cause analysis, Sales trend analysis.
  • Activities have a direct impact on both sales' revenue and profitability within the assigned account base. This position will also maintain strong relationships with customers as well as with Samsung Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance.
  
  Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Demand Forecasting
  • Forecast Accuracy Reporting
  • Help to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet the customers requested delivery date
  • Conduct Root Cause analysis
  • Improvement Monthly Report Semi-annual preparation and monthly analysis
  • Process Improvement, Sell Through Analysis (Customer), Sales Forecast to Actual Sales Analysis
  • KPI (Baseline Improvement)
  • Use of supply chain system for order management, reporting and forecasting
  
  Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years related professional experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations (flexible)
  • Forecasting or Demand Planning within retail experience preferred.
  • Experience in working directly with customers and maintaining positive relationships with them
  • Proficiency with Advanced Excel data management functions using advanced formulas.
  • SAP and BI(Business Intelligence) experience a plus, able to use internal systems.
  • Self-starter with strong focus on exceeding customer satisfaction goals
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced multi-cultural environment
