- Adding/Removing items in ERP Forecast module
- Resolve monthly errors generated by ERP Forecast module
- Improve forecast/reduce errors with analysis of error causes, and recommendations on improvements as well as how to implement suggested improvements.
- Manage planning BOMs for parts configurator
- Overall inventory level analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage at what build level safety stocks will be best located
- Identify excess and dead inventory with an eye toward opportunities for alternative uses
- Strategic analysis to support inventory optimization initiatives
- Support Buyers with purchasing decisions and vendor performance metrics
- Create, improve and/or maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Special projects assigned by Supply Chain Manager
- Special projects suggested by your analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Sciences, or Engineering (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- 2 years of experience in statistical analysis and analyzing data
- Verbal persuasion skills
- Previous experience with Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, Tactical Purchasing or Planning
- Previous experience with an ERP system in a manufacturing environment
- Supply Chain or forecasting certification
- Experience with Syteline ERP or Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations
