- Driving end-to-end business process testing and validation of the to-be design for the IAO program.
- Working directly with GSPO subject matter experts, Intel IT and partner organizations to deliver project milestones including requirements gathering, business process mapping, testing, documentation and training within complex technology and business solution programs.
- Collaborating across multiple organizations, business partners and stakeholders; ability to operate in an ambiguous environment, ability to think beyond the current boundaries, challenge the status quo structure/functions to make recommendations and drive change
- Understand business needs and lead design discussions around business needs, fully leveraging SAP product capabilities as well as other Intel supply chain applications.
- Develop change management strategies, capture change impacts and lead organization changes as a result of new capabilities.
- Developing materials and communicating design decisions across the organization and working with stakeholders to ensure awareness and alignment.
- Quickly building and maintaining trusted relationships with IT and other business partners to understand challenges and required business and system transformation.
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field of study with 4+ years of supply chain project/program experience in a role as either a business analyst, or project manager, OR
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study with 3+ years of supply chain project/program experience in a role as either a business analyst, or project manager
- Demonstrated ability to lead global initiatives, with globally dispersed teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to process excellence.
- Designing and deploying system solutions for Supply Chain ERP platforms
- Exposure to S/4 HANA
- Experience with waterfall and agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of Lean principles (Lean/Six Sigma Certifications a plus)
- Advanced education or ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management) or equivalent certification in Supply Chain Management
- 5+years of relevant supply chain experience as an analyst, or project manager.

This position is for a Supply Chain Analyst in the Global Source to Pay Operations (GSPO) group within the greater Finance organization. This position will play a vital role in Intel's ERP transformation within the Supply Chain domain to support Intel's IDM 2.0 strategy.
You will be responsible for supporting the setup and end to end testing of the new legal entity structure within the transformed Supply Chain systems landscape. Your analytical insights and attention to detail will contribute to the alignment of our systems and business processes and will be accomplished by a strong partnership across Finance, Supply Chain Operations, and Information Technology.
This position and its focus on legal entity enablement and other conversion activities requires a strong technical background in the Procure to Pay domain to manage complex initiatives that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic and driven with experience in procure to pay processes and systems and proven experience in delivering procure to pay solutions in supply chain projects and programs.
