  Supply Chain Analytics Leader

  The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

  As the Supply Chain Analytics Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Serving as the principal point of contact between the Digitization & Advanced Analytics (D&AA) team and the Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) Deliver Functional Team (Logistics, Distribution, Transportation, Inter-Company and Global Trade Services)
  • Collaborating with Deliver Executive stakeholders and others to identify and prioritize analytical solutions that will drive maximum value for the Enterprise Supply Chain
  • Guiding the development team within D&AA to execute project plans for prioritized solutions.
  • Providing thought leadership and informing the “art of the possible” for Deliver through benchmarking and building your Functional knowledge.
  • Managing the analytics roadmap for Deliver function and report updates to Global leader on a regular basis.
  • Contributing to a cohesive cross-functional analytics strategy for 3M/ESC as a member of the D&AA Operating Committee

  Your Skills and Expertise

  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Ten (10) years of combined experience in Supply Chain and/or Data Analytics in a private, public, government or military environment

  Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in Supply Chain, Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Prior consulting experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or Analytics domain
  • Master's degree in Business, Business Analytics or Supply Chain-related field
  • Experience leading or developing digital solutions at enterprise scale.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent facilitation, influencing and communication (verbal, written and oral) skills.

  • Remote

  Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

  Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $207,348 - $253,425, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
