      Job Description:

      Pentair’s Supply & Operations Leadership Development P rogram (SOLD) is an accelerated program for recent college graduates with proven ability to excel in today’s fast-paced world. The program is designed to develop high caliber individuals into future leaders in Supply or Operations Management. The program provides participants the opportunity to gain high level visibility to leadership and create significant impact within a global manufacturing organization.

      The Supply & Operations Leadership Development Program is a three-year program consisting of three, 12-month rotations within two or more locations. The program will begin in June 2024 and give participants exposure to different facets of Supply & Operations through assigned rotations based on business needs and individual career aspirations. Rotation areas may include : Lean Manufacturing, Materials Management, Group Lead/Operations Management , Supply Analytics, Strategic Sourcing, C ommodity Management , Logistics, Quality and Environmental Health and Safety.

      Mobility is expected of our SOLDP participants for each rotation. Rotation locations typically include any of the following locations (not an exhaustive list) : Minneapolis, MN, Moorpark, CA, Delavan, WI, Hanover Park, IL, North Aurora, IL and Raleigh, NC.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Have earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, credited university ( Preferred Graduation Date: Spring 2024 )

      • Have p revious supply chain or operations internship or co- op experience ; manufacturing environment is preferred

      • Have a strong interest and openness to annual relocation throughout the time in the program

      • Must be legally authorized to work in the Uni ted States without sponsorship now or in the future
