      Job Description:

      Airbus Commercial Aircraf t is looking for a Supply Chain and Quality Manager (SCQM) (M/F) to join our Supply Chain & Quality department based in Toulouse, France.

      You will be responsible for the Supply Chain Performance and Supplier Quality for a specific scope of suppliers in the frame of Power On-Board (Equipment & Systems) for all commercial Aircraft Programs.

      Your challenges:

      • Verify the supplier compliance to Airbus and Authority requirements (e.g. POA, QMS, GRESS/ASR)

      • Implement recovery, improvement and development plans with your supplier in order to secure delivery of the products.

      • Recover, correct, improve and develop supplier quality performance by using 8D/ 9S approach, Root-Cause analysis and implementation of containment actions

      • Coordinating the interfaces of all the stakeholders involved in the supplier operations management and secure coordination with the corresponding Multi-Functional Team in Airbus

      • Leading transnational working groups in coordination with the MFT, contribution to New Products Introduction (NPI) and Transfer of Work (ToW) activities are also part of your daily work

      Your boarding pass:

      • Bac+5 in Supply Chain or Business

      • 3+ years of professional experience in supply chain and/or logistics and/or quality

      • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or similar

      • Knowledge in Statistical Process Control, problem solving methods and quality standards like APQP

      • Negotiation Level of English and fluent in French

      Salary range:

      Salary range based on the required profile: 45 to 55K€/year (including a variable part based on your performance). Information provided as an indication.
