- The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,300 - $111,000 yr . The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
- Executes the supply planning process for the Products and Healthcare Services (P&HS) business unit.
- Supports the supplier-facing and-or internal customers-facing Sales and Supply Chain Operations by maintaining supply plans to optimize Service Level performance, inventory productivity, supplier/manufacturing capacity utilization and communication to stakeholders.
- Monitors KPIs daily to assure performance, process conformance, problem solving, and improvement.
- Maintains parameters set-up, MOV, MOQ, LT, supports new product creations, among others.
- Assure the timely arrival of material and inventory balance across the US network.
- Creates and maintains Purchase Orders according to suppliers SLA, business needs and is able to drive improvements where needed.
- Monitors and balance the DCs inventory to achieve service level targets to customers (Fill Rate).
- Daily follow up and minimize backorders and backorder aging finding corrective actions and alternatives.
- Daily follow up and improvement of KPI’s (key performance indicators) including service level, inventory health, suppliers performance.
- Execute root cause analysis, identify corrective actions to improve service level (Fill Rate) to our customers.

- Effectively communicates priorities to operations teams to minimize supply disruptions.
- Monitors and avoid the creation of inventory excess.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Procurement to maintain master production schedules and end to end supply chain to the DCs.
- Maintains supply planning master data fields in SAP, Blue Yonder or any other planning platform.
- Works with cross functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Customer Service and Demand Planning
- Communicates effectively to other areas and stakeholders and provide possible solutions to problems.
- Analyzes supplier feedback and monitors key performance indicators to improve the customer experience.
- Supports the Supply Review preparation as part of the IBP monthly cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-7 years of experience in Supply Planning, Logistics, IBP, Supply Chain, Inventory Management; including Planning Systems in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
- Experience managing +1,000 SKUs
- Experience dealing with international suppliers
- Familiar with S&OP / IBP process
- Extensive experience in Supply Planning systems and ERPs
- Inside working conditions.
