      As Supply Chain Controller, you will provide finance support primarily to Logistics business partners. Your aim would be to bring transparency, drive business actions, while leading harmonization of cost structure and digitalization.

      Your key responsibilities

      • Business partnering: provide financial, analytical and decision support to supply chain teams
      • Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly financial operational reports
      • Drive budget and rolling forecast events
      • Monitor and implement SC internal controls in conjunction with corporate policies
      • Identify financial operating risks and opportunities and develop contingency plans
      • Understand supply chain set-up (material flows and logic)

      You bring

      • 10+ years in Finance
      • Experience Supply Chain or Operations
      • Experience in Transformation
      • Experience in international corporate environment, including Shared Service set up
      • Strong communication skills
      • Willingness to learn and commitment to shaping a new company
      • Have courage to lead change

      Important notes


      This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades’ design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles’ nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered for those whose new position turns out to be graded lower than their current position. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees from the moment the candidate moves into their new position.
