Job Description
- Req#: 387844
- Capture and Change Orders: Receive and record standard order details, update orders based on sales requests;
- Check Pricing: Verify pricing accuracy on all orders;
- Optimize Logistics: Optimize shipping, create filler orders for Full Truck Load (FTL) delivery;
- Conduct Credit Check: Confirm and update orders for delivery and unblock as needed;
- Proactive Communication: Notify customers about out-of-stock items;
- Stock Check and Confirmation: Confirm product availability and order quantities with supply planning;
- Schedule and Create Delivery: Finalize and update delivery details in the system; follow up on order status with logistics providers;
- Close Unconfirmed Orders: Cancel and close undelivered orders;
- Manage Returns: Coordinate return deliveries and resolve issues with customers;
- Communicate with customers to find efficient solutions for complex requirements;
- Coordinate between call centers and departments.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships within the Cluster Supply Chain and Business Unit Supply Chain teams;
- Support Initiatives: Assist in improving Capability Center service offerings.
- University degree in Bachelors in Business / Accounting / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Linguistics;
- Proficiency in Polish and English is a must;
- Previous exposure to similar role is a plus;
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience within customer order management role and ability to demonstrate good stakeholder management and alignment to external customer needs and expectations;
- Excellent analytical skills and numerical abilities;
- Great communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong Excel & Office package knowledge mandatory;
- Results oriented;

Role Overview
This role is responsible for supporting the Cluster Supply Chain team with general customer service administration, order management and order fulfilment and execution support. Key duties include field supply chain communication with different customers and tasks coordination at national and state levels as well as supporting field SC training programs. It will require a collaboration with all departments supporting SC in terms of solving issues and implementing business actions.
