What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to supply chain operations to provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data using SQL and Python
- Create and manage databases, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify trends and anomalies in data to recommend process improvements
- Foster strong internal relationships with various teams to develop data-driven solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong experience in pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with supply chain management software, such as SAP or Oracle
- Experience with ERP or supply chain system implementation
- Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS or ISM
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
