      Supply Chain Demand Support Intern

      Job Description

      Location: Madrid

      Type: 6-months internship (you need to be enrolled as a student, we will be signing convenio de practicas with your school/university)

      Time: 30-35h/week in morning schedule
      Expected Start Date: as soon as possible

      Job title:
      You will support the Supply Chain Team for with monitoring of equipment delivery and with others tasks related to inventory and forecast management.

      Your role:

      • You will extract, compare and analyze our orderbook to check deviations on delivery dates. You will alert your stakeholders about deviations to take corrective actions.

      • You will identify if delivery dates are not assigned and start escalation.

      • You will analyze inventory each month to check aging items and alert to take actions.

      • You will design a PowerBI dashboard for local KPI monitoring.

      • It will be a 6-months, remunerated internship. We work in a hybrid mode, our office is located in Sanchinarro, Madrid.



      You're the right fit if:

      1. You are currently studying towards a bachelor or master in Biomedical Engineering, Comupter Science, Industrial Engineering or a similar degree (you must be able to sign a "convenio de practicas" with your univeristy) You can commit 30-35h/week in a morning schedule.

      2. You know how to analyze data and draw conclusions from it. You preferably work with MS Excel and Power BI.

      3. You speak fluent Spanish and English.

      4. You have a proactive attitude and learn quickly. You enjoy establishing new connections and working in a team. You are a problem solver.


      How we work together
      We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
      Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
      Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
