Job Description

- Interact with Quality, Finance and Supply Chain Teams
- Become a member of a dynamic team, participating in all Team meetings
- Exposure to technical procurement and/or planning activities
- May recommend cost saving proposals including make-versus-buy analysis or alternative sourcing.
- Performs cost analysis and volume planning for major commodities (e.g., materials, components, equipment, and services).
- Candidate should be pursuing a Bachelor of Science or Masters degree in Supply Chain.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship.
- Create a master supplier capability summary/record identifying key supplier’s capabilities building a supplier data base.
- How large is company, ISO certified, raw materials they specialize in, capabilities and basic equipment list?
- Support continuous improvement processes within the Supply Chain Solutions Team; creating, enhancing, and updating
- Review, validate and update department work instructions
- Create documentation using flow charts and diagrams where needed.
- Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and Visio
- ERP systems (SAP)
- Influencing through the art of strong Presentations

Job Description
As a TEL Manufacturing & Engineering America (TMEA) Intern, you will have an opportunity to learn from a world leader in the manufacture of capital equipment for the Semi-conductor industry. Projects will support the Supply Chain Solutions team in achieving its strategic goals focusing on enabling a Robust Supply Chain. Our goal is to leverage your education and passion for supply chain and LEAN thinking to drive customer value in a LEAN problem-solving environment.
This internship will be payrolled via our payroll processing provider.
