Provide daily support to the Supply Chain Department across the Europe Region.
Monitor ongoing operations and take necessary actions at different stages of the process, including handling DEFOAs (Defects on Arrival), such as supply shortages or damaged components.
Systematize and fine-tune processes involving third-party suppliers, escalate issues when needed, and collaborate with other departments.
Prepare and maintain documentation, ensuring that the team's processes are well-documented and transparent.
Promote best practices in KPI management and performance tracking.
Student in at least 2nd year of Bachelor studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills (passion for data analytics & visualization and Python/Power BI knowledge will be a plus).
Enthusiastic about process improvement, some experience in operations or supply chain management will be a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Excellent communication skills, English at B2 level.
Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.
6-month internship based on a civil contract with competitive remuneration.
