- Identifies opportunities to reduce inventory carrying cost in Supply Chain.
- Develop, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Asset & Inventory Mgmt, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering. Or equivalent educ/experience
- 8 years Related experience; more preferred.
- Strong experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
- Strong experience with n-tier solutions.
- Strong experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually).
- Strong experience influencing engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations.
- Strong experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements.
- Strong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Strong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis.
- Experience in creating or managing Supply Chain Data analytics
- Certified PMP, Business Analyst or equivalent experience
- Familiar with ServiceNow and Oracle
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance caregiver satisfaction
- Provide analysis & standardize analysis needs to support Asset & Inventory Mgmt teams
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of Asset control & Inventory Mgmt in the Providence Supply Chain. Scope of analysis to include Supplier data, ServiceNow data, Oracle data and other sources.
This is a remote role. Currently we are unable to hire in the following states: PA, NY, MA, HI, OH and CO.
This position will support the IS Asset and Supply Chain Management team in collaboration with 3rd Party Logistics Partners, End User Support, ServiceNow and Oracle teams to provide world-class IS equipment services to our caregivers. This role will focus on lifecycle management to support end-to-end asset & inventory management in the entire workstream. Key to this role will be identifying asset or inventory management issues while providing containment and other business process solutions. This role must be experienced in continuous improvement skills & tools to identify and drive improvement opportunities in our processes.
