Job Description

- Develop the SC operational readiness plan in conjunction with the Operational Readiness Planner, Procurement (direct and indirect) and Logistics teams
- Work with CQV, PQ, MSAT and Procurement (direct and indirect) teams to support the use of standard Lonza materials in the CQV and PQ activities
- Ensure on time in full delivery of CQV, PQ and commercial manufacturing materials under the responsibility of the SC team with minimum impact to inventory
- Actively participate in the RM gap assessment process with the end goal of creating the SAP BOMs for the new products
- Request and complete the creation of SAP part numbers for raw material, semi-finished goods, and finished goods
- Define and update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in SAP based on the demand planning and operations inputs.
- Ensure the placement of the purchase orders to vendors based on the SAP driven MPS/MRP plan through the relevant MRP Planners
- Conduct BOM review meetings with MSAT, Ops and SC planning team after manufacturing of developmental runs up to the 1st commercial batch to ensure an accurate SAP BOM
- Be the liaison between SC planning, procurement, plant and site logistics providing clarity on the 3-5 year material requirements, type of material and BDS carriers, and number of required pallet spaces
- Issue resolution including Exception Management processes
- Develop near real time inventory reporting approach including Materials, Intermediates and Finished Goods
- Manage deliver of workstream and escalate within the appropriate escalation frameworks in case of delay or risk of delivery
- Collaborate with Agency Model and Vibex teams
- Bachelors degree Supply Chain Management Highly Experienced Project management & Supply Chain
- CPIM & APICS
- Ability to influence both Supply Chain and functional leaders to support supply planning and site manufacturing strategy recommendations
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics (KPI’s) and identify issues through root cause analysis•Competent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
