- Perform standard Logistics Analyst duties, including:
- Ensuring the timely flow of goods and materials into the company,
- Coordinating efficient product movement with Shipping & Receiving, Warehousing and other Supply Chain team members,
- Interfacing with program, project and other business users to manage and analyze return and repair issues,
- Performing logistic analysis and preparation of internal and customer reports,
- Ensuring appropriate inventory levels and accurate inventory counts.
- Provides Logistics support for assigned departments / locations.
- Builds strong working relationships with internal retail / warehousing / operations stakeholders and with third-party vendors / suppliers / transportation representatives.
- Ensures effective execution of area Supply Chain Logistics, including:
- Tracking local ordering and fulfillment requirements,
- Monitoring in-house warehousing and storage,
- Working with third-party suppliers and transporters to schedule and organize deliveries,
- Monitoring truck planning and delivery,
- Documenting and coding late trucks,
- Preparing weekly or periodic reports detailing actual versus expected deliveries and noting any discrepancies or issues.
- Inputs, maintains and updates all required documentation.
- Supports regional / national projects as assigned.
- Uses effective involvement and persuasion strategies to gain acceptance of ideas and commitment to actions that support specific work outcomes.
- Emphasizes the importance of reaching agreement and the benefits of involving others.
- Engages with others to generate ideas and reach mutually agreeable solutions.
- Checks for common understanding, responsibilities, time frames and tracking methods.
- Offers time, support and resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Office, Outlook and Teams.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Ability to organize and stay organized.
- Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills.
- Self-starter, proactive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with different individuals such as supervisor, customers and team members.
- Excels at creative problem solving.
- Strong computer skills including experience navigating various systems/software platforms.

Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $58,400.00 - $87,600.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Job Description

We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Logistics Analyst II for our Las Vegas Service Center.
The Supply Chain Logistics Analyst II for Las Vegas is the primary point of contact for all activities related to Parts Inventory Management. The individual will work closely with the Battery Production team members to support Inventory Control, and Inventory Reconciliation related to EV battery life cycle management programs.
The position will involve many Battery Production activities, including order processing and logistics arrangements, inventory control, production planning, setting and maintaining critical stock levels, as well as performing inventory and cycle counts. This position will also work closely with the BSC/ Logistics Center coordinating order processing and logistics functions.

This is an active position and requires the following. Walking/ Standing for long periods of time, sitting for long periods of time, talking, seeing, hearing, good finger dexterity, working on a computer, and talking on the phone. This position may require lifting up to 45 pounds.
This position is primarily performed in a temperature-controlled office/warehouse building but may include working with other team members in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
