Job Description

- Support the design/development/integration of demand, supply & risk signals into Ford’s supply chain planning & execution processes.
- Integrate key S&OP and S&OE solutions with multi-tier supplier collaboration platform.
- Design, develop & implement solutions to optimize decisions across multi-tier supply chain, supporting direct-buy & strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Support/Manage onboarding, usage, and platform compliance of multi-tier supply base.
- Ensure seamless interoperability across ecosystem (Supply Chain Collaboration Platform, Vendor Master, Material Master, Constraints, Allocations, etc.) driving optimal production schedule decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or Information Systems or relevant experience.
- At least 10 years of progressive responsibilities within technology and software functions.
- Functional knowledge/awareness of Supply Chain business processes and applications.
- Hands-on experience in multiple roles across the spectrum of the lifecycle of applications and/or technologies.
- Awareness, configuration experience & working knowledge of E2Open SaaS platform a plus.
- Ability to interact extensively with and influence senior business leaders, technology partners and vendors.
- Implementation experience with multiple delivery models – including supplier-led engagements, partner management, and COTS solutions including strong supplier management skills and effective negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in varying areas of business and enterprise technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all actions.
- Experience with global team development and building knowledge and capability.
- Management skills and experience and requires independent, decision-making skills.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the relevant functional areas for Supply Chain
- Technical excellence in software design, development, and deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on project commitments through leadership, rigorous execution, teamwork, strategic planning/scheduling, problem analysis, resolution, and productivity improvements.
- Agile delivery methodologies and Product Driven Organization implementation.
- Support portfolio level financials & budgets and guide regular financial reporting for the portfolio and Supply Chain Digitization program.
- Work across Product Development, Material Planning & Logistics and Supply Chain functions to address critical needs for mitigation of supply chain shortage.
- Establish direction and guide product team for designing, developing & integrating supply chain planning/optimization solutions.
- Grow and optimize resource footprint to take advantage of talents globally and across Ford and technology partners.
- Ensure delivery is managed effectively using Agile and portfolio management practices.
- Apply a broad understanding of Ford enterprise architecture and technology standards to guide solutions/services.
- Work together effectively with senior management, business partners, suppliers, and internal IT partners.
- Be responsible for skill development, coaching and counseling for direct reports.
Job Description

This role will help drive the ongoing identification and implementation of technology solutions to improve & integrate various critical aspects of supply chain management.
