Site Address: 16102 Spence Road Houston, TX 77060 Job Description: The On-Site Resource role within the Southwest Region carries accountability for all operational functions within a geographic zone. Primary responsibilities are to ensure that People, Service, and Cost objectives are met while managing facility, inventory operations, and third-party management partnership within the Houston North DC. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center (DC). Provide leadership and guidance to one Frito-Lay DC Service Specialist (DCSS). Partner with third-party management to drive performance in all metrics including Fill Rate, Unit Accuracy, and Walmart/Kroger Accuracy (ASN), while meeting plan performance targets Foster cross-functional collaboration in product planning for regular and promotional activities. Ensure precise execution of inventory transactions to maintain inventory control at expected levels. Maintain the facility's sanitation and maintenance standards. Develop and execute an annual capital investment strategy to address facility needs and support business growth. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including OSHA, DOT, FDA, and EPA, across all locations. Provide support for projects within the broader supply chain region as needed. Schedule: Monday - Friday, with the possibility of nights and weekends depending on business needs Up to 20% overnight travel may be required. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $68,000 - $113,850 based on a full-time schedule. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
