POSITION DESCRIPTION

1. Build Master database listing products, bulk expirations, bulk compounding times, bulk/filling/Inspection & Packaging material suppliers, batch sizes, qualified filling and packaging lines.
2. Build Setup sheet database to assist planning with like equipment (tubing, filters, components, etc..)
3. Use planning tool spreadsheet to develop H2 master plan. The idea is a master plan which looks at Cherry Hill’s monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual requirements for H2 2024 to meet projected forecasts. The purpose is to automate planning to dictate the expectation to Operations, Maintenance, QA, QA Doc, Compounding, Chemistry and Micro. This will align all departments to understand the schedule and when items need to be tested/lines staffed/calibrations completed/etc…
4. Complete project with material handling / Warehouse to know how many Fedegari racks, Fedegari Propofol Trolleys and IV Bag Trays are available in the plant. This is intended to limit the amount Operations performs Tray Transfer.
5. Other duties as required by Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma and some (1-3 years) college experience preferably in a business or supply chain discipline.
