Job Description

- Support ERP/JDE end to end process testing (UAT)
- Support system cutover and go live
- Support other system testing/verification, e.g. Rapid Response, BPM, BCT, etc.
- Supporting in system master data parameter setup. Ensuring data is maintain accurately in JDE & Rapid Response system
- Assume responsibility for working with ISEA market planning team / project team members and maintaining complete & accurate records on planning related tasks
- Execute replenishment planning with network planner based on alignment
- Mitigate and proactively communicate any exceptions to market and plant
- Support project team to prepare required document for review
- Participate in tier meetings between market / site / regional planning
- Supporting on products labeling coordination, status & progress tracking. Phase in phase out planning
- Support other planning activities for spin off, such as data analysis, data verification, etc.
- Other assignment related to spin off

- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Minimum 3 year of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Related experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Manufacturing environment or related production industry experience is ideal
- Related experience in managing with multiple planning (ERP) systems and interfaces
- Working knowledge of inventory, planning systems and order/purchasing systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft based systems; mastery of Excel is a must
- Experience of end to end supply chain process

Summary:
This position is responsible for Market planning activities for spin off, including but not limited to working with RA, QA, IT, business team, 3PL and manufacturing team to align target bridge inventory build-up at the lowest possible cost across the network due to registration license change as well as preparation of fulfillment operation for spin off, system testing. As an intermediary between market and supplying site, the incumbent will possess strong communication and people-influencing skills to manage and harmonize different expectations.
