      Job Description

      We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

      • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
      • Proven experience in supply chain and business operations, with a focus on EDI and process improvement.
      • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
      • Experienced with KPI management and performance tracking.
      • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
      • Familiarity with automation tools and techniques is a plus.
      • Familiarity with Trucommerce or Acumatica ERP is a plus.

      Qualifications

      Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our success. The primary responsibilities will include the following:

      • KPI Management: Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for accuracy and efficiency across Order Processing functions and teams.
      • Gamification Initiative: Implement and manage a gamification initiative to enhance performance transparency and motivate team members.
      • Process Improvement: Observe existing processes, suggest enhancements, and design and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
      • Order Automation: Explore, design, and implement automation solutions for order processing to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
      • Data Reporting: Generate regular data reports for leadership review, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
      • Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination across all supply chain functions.
