      The position

      As a Project Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for executing supply chain projects within the Device Manufacturing & Sourcing department. You will work on a variety of different projects, some of which you will initiate and others that will be initiated by the central SCM organization and implemented by you. The main aim will be to secure deliveries of components to all Novo Nordisk sites across the world.

      Examples of projects we have recently implemented in the department are:

      • Implementation of robots for repacking at our warehouse
      • Development of a digital dashboard
      • Implementation of a dual BOM

      In addition to project execution, you will also work on projects focused on driving optimization within the department by improving planning or warehouse processes.

      • Initiating structured problem solving (3C and A3)
      • Initiating Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
      • Creating standards, so processes are documented.

      Furthermore, you will be in close collaboration with many different stakeholders at many different levels within Novo Nordisk (i.e., production sites, the central SCM organisation, planning, purchasing, quality, process support etc.). A part of the job will also be to document all changes (Change Control) made throughout the projects. This includes describing new processes and ensuring that they follow external requirements.

      Qualifications

      To succeed in this role, you should have:

      • A M.Sc. within Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other relevant educational background
      • Min. 2 years of project management experience is an advantage.
      • Experience from the production industry preferably from the pharmaceutical industry or other industries with high quality standards.
      • Skilled PowerPoint and Excel user.
      • Ability to communicate on all levels in both Danish and English language.

      As a person you possess a great business sense, and you are keen on engaging people and setting direction to achieve project specified goals. You have good interpersonal skills, are process oriented and continuous improvement is a part of your personality. You can handle multiples tasks/projects at the same time and can prioritise when necessary. Besides you work in a structured way and are used to deliver according to targets.

      You are self-motivated, work independently and are a dedicated team player who focuses on both quality and results. Lastly, you possess an open mind-set and thrive in a global and dynamic organisation.

      About the department

      You will be a part of the Device Manufacturing & Sourcing, Supply Chain department at Novo Nordisk. Our department is responsible for Supplier Management, Planning, Purchasing, and Warehousing of components that go into most medical devices in the Novo Nordisk product portfolio.

      Supply Chain Support team currently consists of 10 dedicated colleagues. The business is growing in both volume and complexity, and we look forward to welcoming a new member to our team. The Supply Chain Support team focuses on supporting the whole department to enable a stable supply of device components and high performance in the supply chain.

      We manage supply of components to Novo Nordisk production sites on a global scale and we focus on proactive communication with our stakeholders to secure the best possible cooperation across functions. With over 50 colleagues in our Supply Chain department, there are many opportunities for development and growth.
