- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree from a four-year accredited university or college
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience in a shared services organization

The role you’ll contribute:
The Supply Chain Returns Coordinator obtains return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) submitted by the field and coordinates with vendors. This position receives RMA information from the vendor and provides dispatching instructions to the field to ensure proper handling.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
· Contacts vendors to request RMAs
· Creates new requisitions or updates existing requisitions for exchanges
· Updates return to vendor (RTV)/recall fields using information from RMAs
· Manages the dispatching of RTV/recall inventory
· Utilizes independent decision making skills to manage returns process and negotiates vendor restocking fees, where applicable
· Coordinates any RTV/recall inventory adjustments with inventory and warehouse staff
· Reviews and updates return procedures as necessary
· Collaborates and communicates effectively with inventory, warehouse, and department staff as needed
· Coordinates and monitors projects and assignments with a sense of urgency
