      What is the Supply Chain Rotation Program?

      Why SC Rotation Program?

      SC Rotation Program associates complete three different full-time rotations over the course of two years. Your first rotation will be a one-year assignment, and your second and third rotations will each be six months in duration. As you rotate, you’ll have the opportunity to work and live in different areas of the country while building your professional skill set and gaining exposure to key business and Supply Chain leaders.

      Quarterly learning & development sessions will serve as ongoing building blocks to further your business and Supply Chain acumen. Additionally, you’ll receive exposure and networking opportunities with the broader business and be paired with a mentor to encourage individualized coaching during the early stages of your career.

      What groups might I be working with as a SC Rotation Program Associate?

      Your responsibilities will vary based on your assigned team. SC rotations include, but are not limited to, the following functional areas:

      • Demand Planning Analyst
      • Material Planning Analyst
      • Transportation COE Analyst
      • Hub Ops Analyst
      • Continuous Improvement Analyst
      • Project Management Analyst
      • Supply Chain Systems Analyst
      • BI & Data Analytics Analyst
      • Business Operations Analyst

      What locations might I rotate through as a SC Rotation Program Associate?

      These types of roles are available in our key Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO) office locations such as:

      • Philadelphia, PA
      • Nashville, TN
      • Denver, CO
      • Atlanta, GA
      • Manchester, NH

      How do I qualify?

      • Pursuing an undergraduate degree with major in Business required, preferably Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering with expressed interest in Supply Chain as a career path
      • Graduation date must be between December 2023 and the spring of 2024
      • Prior exposure to the Supply Chain field through internships or work experience
      • Authorized to work in the United States
