      By joining the Vodafone Global Supply Chain team you’ll have a unique opportunity to be part of the significant global telecoms partnership, working with local operators worldwide to market a range of global supply chain products and services that extend our reach into local markets. Currently, we have Partners in over 45 countries across five regions: Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.       Our Vodafone Procurement Company “VPC” Supply Chain Services “SCS” mission is to:
      · Utilise our combined scale to improve the buying power and influence the industry agenda.
      · Leverage Vodafone's innovation, scale, and expertise to help improve the performance of our Partners’ operators.
      · Generate profitable revenues for our customers and Vodafone by sharing in the financial upsides created across the Partners community.
      · Extend Vodafone’s global brand footprint allowing the creation of a unique international experience for both our consumer and Multinational Corporate customers.

      In joining the Global “SCS” team as an SCS Delivery Manager you will develop a deep understanding of the VPC “SCS” organization, forge trusted effective relationships with Partners’ key senior stakeholders including C-Suite and Directors, be accountable for monitoring the effective interaction of specified Partners within the African & Middle East region with the Global Supply Chain team to ensure the timely and efficient fulfillment of a portfolio of SCM products and services.

      Who you are

      • Understands complexity but creates simplicity and communicates clarity.

      • Organized, structured, and disciplined - a good planner who can coordinate multiple stakeholders and resources.

      • KPI-focused – able to create clearly structured progress reports that enable effective progress/performance reviews to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

      • Results-oriented and capacity to work under pressure.

      • Proficient influencing and commercial negotiating skills.

      • Able to quickly establish trust and credibility with customers’ stakeholders.

      • Be able to develop positive and effective relationships with customers on different levels.

      • Be able to collaborate with and persuade a cross-functional virtual team.

      • Experience working in/with the region (Africa and the Middle East) and a strong understanding of the customer and competitor landscapes.

      • Commercial acumen with strong B2B account management skills.

      • Self-starter who is committed to delivering results.

      • A high degree of flexibility.
