      Job Description

      1- Backend SCM

      Monitoring various important metrics and reporting

      Monitoring, improvement, and development on Inventory, scraps, E and O

      Traceability reports

      All requests related to stock allocation, country-specific needs

      Contribution to cost controlling

      2- Analysis and Reporting:

      Monitor, analyze, and report performance indicators

      Use advanced analysis tools to identify trends and anticipate future needs (Forecast Pro, Power BI, Business Object, etc.)

      3- Daily tasks, training

      Actively support the SCM team in various daily stock reporting tasks

      Train to perform and ensure backups within the SCM team

      People to interact with:

      Close collaboration with the manager, planning manager, MasterData manager, finance, and cost-controlling

      4 - SCM planning

      Work and support closely with other SCM team members, production, purchasing/sourcing, and logistics

      5 - Projects and follow-up over time

      Actively participate in SCM projects: Raw Material planning and Production planning, MRP in SAP

      Learn, develop, and optimize existing tools, e.g., stock situation and stock cockpit

      6 - Updating procedures in Mastercontrol

      Update and maintain procedures to reflect various updates and projects

      7 - Continuous improvement

      Actively participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes

      Desired profile:

      Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sourcing, or equivalent.

      Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the in vitro diagnostics sector

      English fluent, german would be a plus

      Technical knowledge:

      Proficiency in planning tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

      Strong data management and analysis skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, SQL, etc.).

      Personal knowledge:

      Knowledge of manufacturing processes and regulatory constraints in the medical sector.

      Analytical and problem-solving skills.

      Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

      Organization, concentration, task follow-up, and attention to detail.
