Job Description

- Supporting the CSR Manager in leading and improving the social compliance process, to ensure partners working across Stella’s products meet the Brands’ ethical standards and values
- Working on the digitalization of the social compliance process: recording of audit results, improvement plans, risk-based calculations, audit plan definition
- Being the main reference point for the internal sustainability platform, where suppliers’ information are collected, working closely with the providers to potentiate and improving the tool, based on business needs and ambitions in terms of traceability
- Supporting the whole sustainability team in collecting, organizing and handling sustainability data related to the supply chain, including environmental ones, creating synergies among the sustainability team, operations team and suppliers
- Creating presentations, dashboards, performance analysis on sustainability and supply chain data
- Master degree in economics/sustainability/engineering/data management. If the degree focus is not sustainability, a strong passion and knowledge of the main concepts of sustainability is fundamental, with proven experience supporting this (independent projects, volunteering, etc.)
- Strong ability in data management and analysis, inclination for using digital platforms
- Excellent knowledge of the main information systems (MS office, ERP and other IT systems are a plus)
- Ability to prepare reports and recommendations based on cross-functional feedback
- Good understanding of economic and environmental sustainability impact of business operations
- Project management and operational skills
- Stakeholder management and ability to take own initiative
- Strong passion for the Fashion world and Luxury businesses
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- International experience is desirable
