      Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Supply Coordinator for our Materials Management Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

      As a Supply Coordinator you will:
      • Assist with non-stock and special-order items
      • Assist with coordinating equipment purchases and repairs
      • Create and submit Capital Request forms
      • Serve as the training resource for Supply Chain (Workday)
      • Manage Receiving and distribution of supply orders
      • Work with management on any issues
      • Work closely with nursing managers and assist with sourcing supplies
      • Communicate any issues or problems with the necessary departments
      • Manage backorders and subs


      Qualifications include:
      • High School Diploma
      • 2+ years healthcare purchasing experience

      Work Schedule:

      Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm

      Pay Range:

      $21.57 - $30.63

      If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
