      ASSESSMENT FACTORS

      1. Demonstrates robust understanding of DoD and Agency supply logistics and how standards are maintained throughout the Agency supply chain.
      2. Develops relationships with peers and customers to understand their logistics requirements, timelines, and processes.
      3. Exhibits foundational knowledge when successfully applying logistics competencies to a broader audience of stakeholders with minimal guidance.
      4. Develops alternative approaches and innovative solutions for moderately complex situations.
      5. Engages the client to ensure mutual understanding of project expectations in terms of deliverables, timelines, results, and updates.

      HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS


      1. Experience with FACTS/EDW.
      2. Knowledge and understanding of DOD Property Guidance.
